a. Regular Meetings.  The URPC is required to meet twice per semester.  For the 1^st semester of any given school year, the first meeting will be any date on the 1^st week of June and the second meeting will be any date on the 1^st week of September.  For the 2^nd semester of any given school year, the 1^st meeting will be any date on the 1^st week of December and the second meeting will be any date on the 1^st week of March.

Regular meetings are to be called by the URPC Chairperson and are to be organized by the URO.  It will be the responsibility of the URPC Chairperson to set the agenda for regular meetings.

b. Special meetings.  Special meetings may be called whenever deemed necessary by the URPC Chairperson and/or whenever it is requested by one of the URPC members.

c. Alternate URPC Chairperson.  In the event that the URPC Chairperson cannot be present during a meeting, s/he is mandated to appoint any member of the URPC to act as interim Chairperson.

d. Quorum. A quorum shall be considered established when at least five (5) members are present.
