VII. Amendments
Any part of these guidelines may be amended by a 2/3 vote of all members of the URPC one year after its Effectivity Date.
Any member of the URPC may propose changes to any part of these guidelines. Notice of the proposed change/s must be made known to the URPC through a letter addressed to the URPC Chairperson.
